- Ultraseal roofing is a South Wales based company suppyling and fitting Epdm(rubber) covering Wales and the West.Our 10 year guarantee on all our new and repaired roofs gives clients piece of mind. Our highly experienced staff has the know-how to ensure our clients are completely satisfied with the end result.
What We Do
Domestic Construction
The roof is constructed from 18mm interlocking osb sterling board then new fascia boards are fitted.A water based glue is then applied and the rubber is layed out. Contact adhesives are apllied to the edges of the roof for extra strengh.Next we chase out for a metal or lead flashing to create a watertight seal.Trims(available in black/white and anthracite are then placed around the edge of the roof giving it that finnishing touch.
